This is a guide for your students to learn what reparation is as well as a discussion on how to make up for past wrongdoings. It explores the concept of who is responsible for wartime atrocities that are decades old after the event is over. For this particular lesson plan, we used the victims of germ warfare from Unit 731 as an example.
