- Nonprofit Governance & Law: Guiding our compliance, policy development, and ethical scaling.
- Fundraising & Development: Building sustainable revenue streams, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) and private philanthropy.
- Education & Research: Strengthening our curriculum development and academic partnerships.
- Finance & Audit: Providing oversight for our long-term financial health and transparency.
- Strategic Communications: Elevating our global brand and digital advocacy efforts.
Board Member Responsibilities
Board members serve as the legal and strategic fiduciaries of PAE.
Key expectations include:
- Strategic Vision: Participating in the development and monitoring of our multi-year strategic plan.
- Advocacy: Acting as an ambassador for PAE within your professional and personal networks.
- Commitment: Attending 4 board meetings per year, held virtually.
- Committee Service: Participating in one standing committee (e.g., Finance, Gala, or Education).
- Term: A standard board term is 2 years, with the option to renew.
